Mercury Room
	The Mercury Room is situated on our Mezzanine floor, overlooking our main bar and restaurant. It has a large lounge area, a private bar and a plasma television. It holds up to 100 people for a standing cocktail affair or can seat up to 60 persons for A La Carte dinners. The Mercury Room is ideal for all styles of functions or gatherings, absorbing all the ambience from the bar below. Our Functions reservations team are experts at making a success of your event and tailor make the night to suit all your requirments.

Side Awning
	A lovely outdoor location suitable for BBQ style buffets or casual drinks and nibbles. This area can cater for upto 50 persons.

Lower Bar
	A fabulous indoor area perfect for a meeting point or a casual get together. It holds up to 50 people for drinks and nibbles.

Main Restaurant
	Degree's main Restaurant is very adaptable and can accommodate group bookings for lunch or dinner for up to 50 persons. Degree unfortunately does not take reservations for outdoor tables for dinner, on making your booking please inform us if you prefer to sit outdoors and out Host will endeavour to sit you on our deck if a table becomes free.

Deposits and Minimum Spend Requirements
	Mercury Room - To secure a booking in our Mercury Room, a $500 deposit is required and on reaching a minimum spend of $1000 the deposit is fully refundable. Side Awning and Lower Bar - To secure a booking in our awning or lower bar, a $300 deposit is required. Minimum spend requirements are negotiable dependant from function to function. Main Restauarnt - All bookings of 15 persons and over are required to secure their booking with a $300 deposit, a minimum spend of $30 per person must be reached for deposits to be refunded.
